Summer vacation

 

If I use one word to describe my summer vacation, I would use the word adventurous.

One place I visited this summer was my grandma's cottage up north in Charlevoix.

One of my favorite memories from the summer vacation was spending time with my friends and going swimming with them.

I am excited to start the new school year.

Staying Healthy

  I like making healthy choices. I make healthy choices when I decide to eat healthy food. Eating something such as fruits and vegetables are healthy choices. I am healthy when I decide to exercise. My favorite ways to exercise are taking walks and bike riding. I stay healthy by keeping good hygiene. I keep good hygiene when I exercise a lot. Another way I keep good hygiene is eating lots of healthy food.
