Going on a trip

 

Sometimes it's nice to imagine going on a trip.

A trip is when I leave my house and go explore and stay in a different area than where I live.

If I could go on a trip anywhere, I would go to Arizona.

I would get there by taking a plane.

It is always smart to plan ahead when going on a trip. I can use the internet to help plan for a trip.

Something fun I would do while on a vacation would be going hiking and kayaking.

Another way I could enjoy my trip would be going swimming.

I could bring back a T-shirt as a gift for family or friends.

Staying Healthy

  I like making healthy choices. I make healthy choices when I decide to eat healthy food. Eating something such as fruits and vegetables are healthy choices. I am healthy when I decide to exercise. My favorite ways to exercise are taking walks and bike riding. I stay healthy by keeping good hygiene. I keep good hygiene when I exercise a lot. Another way I keep good hygiene is eating lots of healthy food.
