What's new with JJ

  Setting goals helps me grow into a mature adult. I am proud of all my hard work. One skill I have that I'm proud of is worksite skills. Each year, I have a new goal to work towards. My current IEP goal is using Instagram.  On Thursdays during goal time, I work hard to become more independent.

  I like making healthy choices. I make healthy choices when I decide to eat healthy food. Eating something such as fruits and vegetables are healthy choices. I am healthy when I decide to exercise. My favorite ways to exercise are taking walks and bike riding. I stay healthy by keeping good hygiene. I keep good hygiene when I exercise a lot. Another way I keep good hygiene is eating lots of healthy food.

  I like cooking at school. One of my favorite recipes I made at school were waffles. In the future, I would like to make chicken parm. Another recipe I would like to make are funnel cakes.  

  I live in the great state of Michigan. In Michigan, we get to experience all four seasons. A sign of spring is flowers and plants growing. Another sign of spring is the weather getting warmer. One way I can safely enjoy the nice weather is going outside for a walk or a bike ride. Another way I can safely enjoy the warmer weather is going to amusement parks. Food and drink I think about when I think spring is hot dogs and water. I like experiencing all the different seasons we have in Michigan.
